Actors release form

I Manmeet Singh grant TerrorCraze productions the right to record my voice,

photograph me, performances, poses, acting, appearances and use my
picture or photographs and other reproductions needed for the opening
sequence for The Devils Helper which will be produced by Runaway
Productions.

I Manmeet Singh give my permission to TerrorCraze productions and their
licenses, assigns and successors the right to use as they request all the
soundtrack recordings and records which you make of my voice on the
opening sequence. They also have the right to use my name in
advertisement, exhibition and the publicizing of my picture for the film on
anything wanted.
I further grant TerrorCraze productions the right to produce anything to do with
my name, picture or voice in any manner wanted. This includes recordings,
musical, or other sound effects by me in connection in any way to the film
being produced.
I agree I will not go against or portray TerrorCraze Productions, including the
agents, license, assigns and successors. However, not those who deliberately
invade my privacy rights of publicity or any other civil rights I have not given
consent or permission to. This also includes recordings and pictures to be
shown or publicized without my consent.
By my signature on this form I understand and agree to everything on this
form. I will to the best of my ability, stay to the schedule and complete the
needed tasks. In addition to this, I also agree to always make myself available
when asked and I will do recording work with my voice or any other further
work needed. I understand that TerrorCraze Productions may have
agreements with other people or companys about my voice recordings and
voice-overs and use the sounds for the film or over my pictures and whats
appropriate.

I hereby clarify and fully understand the form above and understand the
consequences if the agreement isnt followed.
