Addendum to Offer Letter


Variable Compensation: You will participate in the Performance Incentive Compensation Plan (PICP)
with a target award opportunity of 7% and a maximum of 21% . The plan rewards eligible participants
for contributions to the profitable growth of the Company and is based on individual and business
performance. Your manager will work with you to set your individual goals. Your initial participation in
the plan will be prorated from the date you begin your employment.
Benefits: Beginning your first day of employment you are eligible for many of the outstanding benefit
programs at Saint-Gobain as outlined on the enclosed summary. You will have 30 days from the date of
hire to make choices regarding your benefits.
Holiday/Vacation: In 2015, you will be eligible for one week vacation. Two weeks beginning in 2016
calendar year.
At-will Employment: The position offered is employment at-will, and may be ended at any time by
either you or the company. The Saint-Gobain Principles of Conduct and Action are an integral part of our
culture and govern our employment, as well as the rules, regulations, and policies of your individual
business, and applicable state and federal laws. You will be provided with copies of all pertinent policies
and should familiarize yourself with them.
Work Authorization: Saint-Gobain is required by federal law to verify the identity and work
authorization of all new employees. Accordingly, this offer is contingent upon verification of identity and
eligibility to be employed in the United States. Please consult with Rita Nath for further information
regarding this requirement.
Conditions: This offer is contingent on the companys verification of credentials and other information,
including but not limited to a criminal background check, as well as a drug test. Please call Rita Nath

Employment Agreement, Code of Ethics and Obligations to Prior Employers: As a condition of your
employment with Saint-Gobain, you must execute the enclosed Employee Agreement as well as the
enclosed Code of Ethics Agreement. As a condition of your employment with Saint-Gobain, you agree to
maintain in confidence any confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, developments,
inventions and any other intellectual property owned by any previous employer. You further agree not to
use such intellectual property for the benefit of Saint-Gobain during your employment with Saint-Gobain,
and to return or to destroy any confidential or proprietary material obtained from any previous employer
before joining Saint-Gobain. As a condition of your employment with Saint-Gobain, you must disclose to
us the existence and contents of any agreement you may have with a former employer that potentially
restricts your employment with Saint-Gobain in any way. You agree to remain in compliance with the
terms of any such agreement.
