Desarrollo prctico del liderazgo. Estudio de la base terica del liderazgo, anlisis de los
procesos de administrar y liderar, exploracin de habilidades y fortalezas de los lderes,
estudio del comportamiento de los lderes en los grupos.
OBJETIVOS:
Durante el transcurso del curso los estudiantes:

Explicarn las destrezas de liderazgo que debe dominar todo profesional de la educacin.

Analizarn crticamente las bases tericas y fundamentos del liderazgo como proceso.

ESTRATEGIAS DE ENSEANZA
El profesor ser una gua y un facilitador para tratar algunos temas en conferencias auxiliadas
por medios electrnicos y videos. Sin embargo, el trabajo principal se har a travs del estudio,
anlisis y discusin de casos y lecturas.

2. Anlisis de casos y lecturas sobre liderato. Cada lectura se evaluar en base a la calidad
de las contestaciones a las preguntas de discusin. Las asignaciones se enviarn no ms
tarde del da indicado a la direccin electrnica: curso.doctoral@gmail.com. Identificarn
en la parte de asunto (subject) del correo electrnico EL NOMBRE DEL ESTUDIANTE,
CDIGO DEL CURSO Y LA LETRA DE LA ASIGNACIN, por ejemplo: Juan del
Pueblo, EDUC 804: Asignacin A (debe hacerlo SIEMPRE de la misma manera). Recibir
un acuso de recibo automtico.
3. El estudiante har un anlisis crtico de uno de los siguientes libros y adems preparar
una presentacin breve en Power Point.
