Dear Dr. Hall,
Again, thanks for all your continued efforts on our behalf.
Today I listened to your interview on the Universal Radio Network and wanted to update you. As a TI with a host of
webspaces I found myself caught in the Psychiatric Trap of being diagnosed with Delusional Disorder; mainly
stemming from an unjustified hospital stay for communication on a public web space that I was telepathic and a
victim of electromagnetic weapons. They hospitalized me on a 5 day evaluation, and I had to agree to outpatient
treatment just to get released after the 8th day. I could not lie, and I told the psychiatrist the truth; maybe I should
have lied. Anyway, my thought and strategy was to head this on upfront because these local police just would not
give up on sending me away. So I figured, I'll comply and try it there way and see how effective the treatment is.
Right now they have me on 3mg of Risperodone per day. Of course the only change is that I get more tired than
before.
However, the good that has come from it is that I got into therapy, which I thoroughly enjoy. I tried before, but no
psychologist or psychiatrist would touch me. It is nice having someone with a caring voice to talk to. In fact the
eight days I spent in the hospital was the same, a break and vacation from the daily stalking and harassment. I was
treated like a human again from both staff and patients. My hospital stay was at the Farimount Behavioral Health
Systems Hospital in Philadelphia. I am now a month into a 3 month outpatient treatment plan. I wonder if you would
have any advice for me? Legally they never should have filed the mental health warrant, and at most I should have
been released after the 72 hour hearing, which I never got.
The other strategy that I employed was too dismantle my public webspaces, such as twitter, that I was using to
post against my perps. I had set out on a plan to diffuse the local community's anger and angst against me. I used
twitter to publicy scold the perps and the community for allowing the stalking, harassment, vadalism, computer
hacking and routine break-ins to my home. This strategy is working in that the harassment has slowed down since I
slowed and toned down the rhetoric on public spaces.
The learning curve on countering the stalking, harassment, and electromagnetic weapons is a long and laborious
one.
I will not back off of my claims while in therapy and wondered your advice on this, since you went through your
ordeal with the Medical Board I thought that you might have some useful and helpful insight.
Enclosed is my executive summary and documents of my psychiatric treatment. I also am challenging the validity of
filing a Pennsylvania Mental Health 302 Petition against me for being telepathic and a victim of electromagnetic
weapons. The threats on the 302 petition were supposedly on a YouTube video that I still have not found.
The timing was also suspect, since I had anticipated attempting to go to the FFCHS Press Conference on April 16,
2010 and was conveniently still hospitalized. I also had a federal injunction docketed a few days before the filing of
the mental health warrant, which was also conveniently interrupted and sabotaged by the mental health warrant.
Again, I appreciate your sacrifice and the risk that you place among yourself and your career on our behalf!

Summation: Due to the actions and criminal activity of the foregoing (see Criminal Indictment Page), it is reasonable to
prove that every aspect of the Complainant's life, Stan J. Caterbone, is subject to undo influence; harassment; torture;
obstruction; etc. This situation and set of circumstances as outlined here, and in the page "State of Affairs" and all
previous filings; reports; and statements, is a prescription for only one endgame - death or suicide. There is no life action
or activity that is immune from this horrendous HATE CRIME. The precedent and landmark elements that make this so
appalling is that the Complainant has never done anything to set these circumstances in motion but to be right regarding
International Signal & Control back in 1987; as well as many other proclamations and forecasts. That being said, it is also
widely reported that many Targeted Individuals and Victims of U.S. Sponsored Mind Control are lead to death and/or
suicide. The Lancaster Community-At-Large is guilty of creating; abetting; fostering; and executing this tragedy. The fact
that local; state; and federal law enforcement induce and encourage this environment of hate is landmark.

Antipsychotic Agent
Risperidone, a benzisoxazole derivative, is a novel antipsychotic drug which binds
with high affinity to the serotonin type 2 (5-HT2), dopamine D2, and alpha1adrenergic receptors.
For the management of manifestations of schizophrenia. In controlled clinical trials,
risperidone was found to improve both positive and negative symptoms.
Contraindications
In patients with a known hypersensitivity to the drug or the excipients of the product.
Adverse Side Effects

The most frequent adverse reactions observed during clinical trials with risperidone
were insomnia, agitation, extrapyramidal disorder, anxiety, and headache (see Table
III and Table IV). In some instances it has been difficult to differentiate adverse
events from symptoms of the underlying psychosis.

The most serious adverse reactions were rare cases of syncope, cardiac arrhythmias,
first degree AV-block, and seizures.
An estimated 9% of approximately 1800 patients who received risperidone in
controlled clinical trials discontinued treatment due to adverse reactions. The more
common events causing discontinuation included: psychiatric (4.1%): primarily
psychosis, agitation, suicide attempt, somnolence; neurological (3.2%): primarily
extrapyramidal disorder, dizziness; and cardiovascular (1.2%): primarily hypotension.
Other events leading to discontinuation included: tachycardia/palpitations (0.6%),
nervousness (0.4%), nausea (0.3%) and insomnia (0.3%). Parkinsonian side effects
were usually mild and were reversible upon dose reduction and/or administration of
antiparkinsonian medication.
Occasionally, orthostatic hypotension, orthostatic dizziness, and reflex tachycardia
have been observed following the administration of risperidone, particularly with
higher initial doses.
Risperidone elevated plasma prolactin levels. Associated manifestations, namely
amenorrhea, galactorrhea, and menorrhagia, have occurred.
Weight gain, erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory dysfunction, orgastic dysfunction, and
rash have also been observed during treatment with risperidone. In one study, in
which testosterone levels were measured, testosterone decreased below the normal
range in 6 out of 85 patients.
As with classical neuroleptics, cases of water intoxication, either due to polydipsia or
to inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH), have occasionally been
reported during treatment with risperidone.
Listed (in decreasing order) are those events which showed deterioration during
treatment compared to baseline in at least 10% of patients. Psychic:
asthenia/lassitude/increased fatiguability, concentration difficulties,
sleepiness/sedation, reduced duration of sleep, increased duration of sleep, failing
memory, increased dream activity; Autonomic: orthostatic dizziness, constipation,
nausea/vomiting, polyuria/polydipsia, palpitations/tachycardia, reduced salivation,
accommodation disturbances, increased tendency to sweating, diarrhea; Other: weight
gain, weight loss, amenorrhea, ejaculatory dysfunction, erectile dysfunction,
diminished sexual desire, tension Headache, increased sexual desire, orgastic
dysfunction.
Postmarketing: International postmarketing reporting revealed the following adverse
drug reactions during risperidone treatment: edema, increased hepatic enzyme levels,
skin manifestations of allergy including a case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome, systemic
manifestations of allergy including a case of anaphylactic shock, neuroleptic malignant
syndrome and rare cases of tardive dyskinesia, hypertension, leukopenia and
priapism. Rarely, mild to moderate neutropenia associated in a few cases with
thrombopenia has been reported. To date, a casual relationship to risperidone has not
been established. As with other neuroleptics, sudden deaths have ben reported during
risperidone treatment. Most of the patients had pre-existing cardiovascular disease or
were morbidly obese. A relationship to risperidone has not been established at this
time.
Overdose
A few cases of overdosing have been reported with risperidone; the estimated doses
were between 20 and 300 mg. None of the cases was fatal. Symptoms observed were
due to excessive pharmacological effects, namely drowsiness and sedation,
tachycardia and hypotension, and extrapyramidal symptoms.
Since there is no specific antidote to risperidone, treatment is primarily supportive.
Gastric lavage (after intubation, if the patient is unconscious) and administration of
activated charcoal together with a laxative should be considered.

Amazing, isn't it? At least I will finally get a psychiatrist and/or psychologist from my OUTPATIENT
Court ORDER (first appointment is for May 3, 2010 with a psychologist - the social worker is working
on getting a psychiatrist, but so far they all have refused taking me as a new patient); which I am
looking forward to. I believe it will help me and the Lancaster City Police Department to diffuse my
situation. And now I can think about enrolling in some grad courses at Millersville in the summer, as
long as my psychological assessment is done on time!
