Lever-type grease guns

For a Timken bearing to operate properly it is essential for it to receive proper
lubrication. Why not use a Timken grease gun to deliver genuine Timken
grease to your Timken bearing?
Now available in several models to fit your lubrication needs, Timken grease
guns are made of tough, high-pressure cast iron, unique in comparison to
common pot metal or other die cast heads. Timken grease guns have a head
burst pressure of 17,000 psi (1,200 Bar).
With easy-to-maintain original pressure and delivery under the hardest working
conditions, Timken grease guns deliver 0.1 oz. (3 g) per stroke with 7,100 psi
(490 Bar) counter pressure.
The grease barrel is made of heavy-duty knurled steel with large threads for
easy loading. Other features include a locking follower rod, heavy-duty spring
and heavy-duty beveled rubber follower.
Recommended grease usage: Standard 14 oz. (400 g) Timken cartridge or
16 oz. (450 g) bulk grease.

Bearing packer
The Timken bearing grease packer is self-contained and saves time. It can be
used anywhere, without the use of air lines or grease guns. It packs 50 to 60
bearings without refilling. Its transparent, impact-resistant cup allows grease
level checks. It can be used on all Timken cage-type roller and ball bearings up
to two-inch (50 mm) bore.

Standard-duty 55:1 grease pumps

High-pressure 55:1 grease pumps handle all types of grease up to
and including NLGI #2 directly from 35 lb. (16 kg), 120 lb. (54 kg), and
400 lb. (180 kg) grease containers. These pumps are designed for
portable and stationary systems that include pipe lines, hose reels
and control handles.
The pump features a shovel-type, self-pumping product piston.
Integral intake suction strainer ensures non-fouling operation.
The highly-efficient double-action pump design helps assure
even flow of fluid, low noise level and low air consumption
with its standard built-in exhaust mufflers.
It is efficient and reliable and requires minimum maintenance.

Heavy-duty 55:1 grease pumps

Heavy-duty, high-pressure 55:1 grease pumps handle all types of grease up to
and including NLGI 3 directly from 120 lb. (54 kg) and 400 lb. (180 kg) grease
containers. These pumps are designed for applications with long dispensing
lines, where low pressure would limit pump performance, and also in cold
weather and severe-duty operations.
The pump design incorporates a double-acting priming piston with a motor
that has been tested in excess of 5 million cycles. The longer stroke allows
fewer cycles, producing less wear, longer life and no icing. The pump
features corrosion-resistant parts, including aluminum alloy steel, polyurethane and nitrile. The motor has a deluxe powder coat finish and a quiet dual
muffler exhaust.
