Students wishing to make these changes after the end of the 2nd week until the published
deadline will need to do so in person (or via fax) using a Yellow Card as they did for Fall.

UNM does not have access to change or reset passwords for Authorized Users. Here's the link

Authorized Users log in window, you will see that there is a link to "view your password hint" or
"have email password emailed to you." If this method does not work or the authorized user does
not know their email address, the solution is for the student to delete this Authorized User and readd them and a new password will be emailed to the authorized user.
