SCHOOL FEES STRUCTURE 2014

Method of payment:

Debit order forms are included in the application forms and must be filled out correctly and returned to the
school office.

Debit orders are mandatory for all new children starting at our school.

Where discounts are applicable (sibling, annual or bi-annual), they are already included in the school fees
stipulated on the elected payment method below.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:11 equal monthly instalments must be made in advance by the first day of every
month, (January November). Payments not reflecting by the 3rd of the month will be charged a late
collection fee.

BI-ANNUAL PAYMENTS: 2 equal instalments are payable in advance. The first payment is due prior to the
commencement of the new school year (before the 10th of January). The second payment is due before the
1st of the 7th month (July). Payments not made before the due date will be charged at the standard school
fees rate and allocated discount will not apply.

ANNUAL PAYMENTS:The only instalment is payable in advance before the commencement of the new

Should you wish to change your payment method in the middle of the school year, please notify the school
office in advance in writing. A minimum of one calendar months notice is required.

Registration Fee is non-refundable and is payable upon submission of application forms. Primary school
registration fee is not payable by our existing Pre-School students moving into the Primary School.

Refundable Deposit is payable before you commence at the school. Deposit is refunded when a full school
terms notice is given in writing of your intent to move your child from our school.

Educational Fee is payable annually before the start of each school year. Children starting in the middle of
the year will be charged a pro-rata amount of annual fee.

** Children not collected by the required time will be charged a late collection penalty fee of R50 per 15 minutes.

This amount is payable in cash immediately to the teacher on duty.

* Parents are kindly requested to only drop off their children from 07:00. Some of our staff arrive early and this
is their time to settle themselves and prepare for the day. They only start to receive children at 07:00.
