Center product and integrating it with Billing Gateway and Financial Transaction services. Travelers
Canada is looking for us to provide production support and maintenance (Enhancements and Testing) for
Guidewire Billing Center. Travelers Canadas key objective towards this engagement outsourcing initiative
includes:
1. Reduction in maintenance costs for production operation and maintenance of Guidewire Billing Center.
2. To ensure a seamless day-to-day IT delivery and operations through a single Global Sourcing Office
partner.
3. A completely integrated team across maintenance, Production Support and Quality Assurance services
4. Efficiency gain through continuous improvements as the engagement matures.
5. Ensure and enforce software engineering best practices, institutionalizing SLO based monitoring and
reporting.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing real time support for their billing system which has gone to production very recently at three
different levels - immediate user support, technical analysis and product customization based on the
need.
Interaction with the client to better understand their current system which is using Guidewire Billing
Center.
Getting involved in follow up meetings and discussions with Quality Assistance/Business Analyst Teams
on the project requirements and production defects and ensures to bring it to closure.
Utilizing Cognizant and customer developed project management tools to generate the projects metrics
and thereby enforcing Data Management Process within the project
Writing business rules using GOSU language, data model, screen changes, implementing messaging
framework and third party integrations with Guidewire Billing Center.
