Solar
As a leading technical advisor, OST Energy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, gained from technical
due diligence appraisal of more than 4,000 MW in both Photovoltaic (PV) and Concentrated Solar Power
(CSP) projects worldwide
Our services can be provided throughout the development, construction and operational phases, and include
Irradiance Reviews, Feasibility Studies, Contract Review & Negotiation, Construction Monitoring, Financial
Model Assistance, Project Management, Lenders Advisory, Full Technical Due Diligence as well as Performance
Optimisation.

Wind
OST Energy and its advisors have worked on more than 20 GW of onshore and offshore wind power projects
and in over $20 billion of operating plant around the world.
We offer support from initial feasibility to decommissioning; assisting the progression of a project through its
development, construction and operation. Many of our
services tie in with the critical milestones of Financial Investment Decision (FID), Take Over and End of Life,
however the provision of Due Diligence and Analysis can apply at any stage of a projects life cycle.

Bioenergy
OST Bioenergy is geared to provide professional consultancy services in thermal renewable and clean thermal
power technologies.
Our consultants pride themselves of over 2,000 MW of bioenergy projects in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia
and South America.
We specialise in renewable power and heat generation schemes that utilise fuels ranging from clean biomass to
waste by-products and residues.

Sustainability & Environment

OST Environment has a wealth of experience in undertaking environmental and social due diligence in
line with Lender requirements (Equator Principles, IFC & World Bank). We also provide services to developers in
support of their planning / permitting and funding requirements through planning applications, environmental
reviews and environmental & social scoping studies and impact assessments (ESIA).
OST Environment also has experience in sustainable development and corporate sustainability
management, providing organizations support to help improve the sustainability of their business through the
identification of key risks and impacts on the environment and stakeholders.

Asset Management
Good Asset Management leads to better financial results. Proper management of routine maintenance, design
coordination, spare parts, unscheduled activities, contractual management is key for the maximisation of
project revenues.
Our team has extensive experience in power plant management and can provide a wide range of technical
and regulatory expertise typically required during the operational phase.
OST Energy is currently managing approximately 200+ MW of operating power plants across Europe and has
a dedicated business unit focused on Asset Management.
