In literacy, we are reading some great books
about civil struggles such as the Civil War, WWII, the
Civil Rights movement, and civil rights for immigrant
workers. Students may need to complete some reading
at home if they are not able to finish it in class.

DARE essay in April to sum up what they’ve learned.
