The two court records in the following pages were served by US mail on Dr Joseph Zernik,
Petitioner in Zernik v US District Court, Central District of California (08-72714).

The orders were unsigned, and they were served with no authentication by clerk at all. It is
alleged that such conduct by the justices of the US Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, amounted to
fraud on the court, denial of access to the courts, and collusion in racketeering of the judges of
County of Los Angeles, California.
