1. Do you open the school windows when the central heating

is on?

ACTION: Remind some students that windows must remain

closed while central heating is on.

2. When you leave the classroom…

a) There’s a person in charge of switching off the lights

ACTION: A student in every class group has to be in charge

of this duty.

3. When the sun comes into the classroom…

a) Someone raises the blinds and switches off the lights

 7. When you are thirsty and you go to the school fountain…

ACTION: Keep on with this good attitude.

8. You go to school…

ACTION: If possible, it would be good if we do not come to

school by bike. It is more ecological and healthy!

9. You throw the used papers…

a) Into the wasted paper bin. 90%

b) Into the standard bin 10%
c) Indistinctly 0%

ACTION: We have detected that some classrooms do not

have the proper paper bins yet. That is why a 10% of the
children said that they throw the papers into the standard
bin.
 10. When you write down something…

a) You use both sheet sides. 75%

b) You only use one side 20%
c) You only use one side and but you don’t use all the
sheet space. 5%

ACTION: We should insist on the using of both sides of the

sheets but in general the attitude is good.

11. You bring your food in a tupperware…

ACTION: We should promote more the use of the

Tupperware. That way we will not waste so many tinfoil. We
have already run a campaign but we should keep on doing
that.

12. If you bring your sandwich wrapped in aluminium foil…

i) you throw it away wherever you want 81%

ACTION: We should make more clear this rule because in

the playground there is available one bin for plastic!
 13. How is the school thermostat adjusted?

ACTION: The majority of students (and teachers) think that

the school indoor temperature is too hot. We should readjust
the school thermostat.
