What is the NZT App?

Congratulations! You have made an intelligent and life changing


decision. From now on I recommend you to log all your experiences and
changes in a diary so after a while you can appreciate the amazing
process you are about to experience.
The NZT App is a neuro-enhancer in the form of a mobile device
application. Using sound stimulation at a very specific frequency it unlocks
not only your full intellectual potential, but also changes your way of

The science behind the NZT App


Before starting, I would like to clarify: The NZT App is all about audio
stimulation to induce a very precise frequency your brain. This frequency
will "rewire" your brain to an optimal configuration, producing the results
you will experience in the following days.
The NZT App is not related to hypnosis, subliminal messages, or other
techniques that are not scientifically proven, it is good old fashioned and
distilled neuroscience at your service.
Your brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use
electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of
neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of
electrical activity in the brain, which can be detected using sensitive
medical equipment (such as an EEG), measuring electricity levels over
areas of the scalp.
The combination of electrical activity of the brain is commonly called a
brainwave pattern, because of its cyclic, "wave-like" nature
I'm sure you have heard about brainwave stimulation. It advocates the
usage of audio and visual stimuli in order to induce certain brainwaves in
the human brain. These brainwaves would cause several different effects
on you ranging from deep sleep, deep meditation states, going through
relaxation, to finally reach alertness.
Usually neuroscientists classify brainwaves within ranges:

When the brain is given a stimulus, through the ears, eyes or other
senses, it emits an electrical charge in response, called a Cortical Evoked
Response. These electrical responses travel throughout the brain to
become what you "see and hear." This activity can be measured using
sensitive electrodes attached to the scalp. When the brain is presented
with a rhythmic stimulus, the rhythm is reproduced in the brain in the
form of these electrical impulses. The brain responds by synchronizing its
own electric cycles to the same rhythm. This is commonly called the

Frequency Following Response (or FFR). FFR can be useful because


brainwaves are very much related to mental state.

Usually there frequencies or auditory stimulus are presented in the form of


binaural beats or isochronic tones, depending on the technical limitations
imposed by the situation.
In conclusion, the brain mimics the frequency it is given via auditory
stimuli. It happens regularly with music. The rhythm and periodicity in
music induce profound effect in your body. Have you noticed that effect
when you dance, or when you relax listening to baroque music?
Well, now we know what everybody knows, but what is the reason the NZT
App is special? So far, scientist have limited themselves to study ranges
as a one size fits all buckets, without making distinctions about the big
difference that specific frequencies can cause, even more, they only

conspiracy, but it sounds pretty suspicious to me.
In the Sigma band, certain frequencies can cause things like priming the
brain for accelerated learning, faster tissue healing, etc. It is like changing
the mode and parameters your brain is operating under.
Another curious thing is that a particular frequency can generate subfrequencies when entering the auditory tract, similar to what a musical
instrument would do. So when a frequency is induced, the bone (inner ear
and skull), cartilage (ears), and flesh would resonate and create overtones
by sympathy. So, one frequency can actually induce multiple frequencies
simultaneously.
Another curious fact is that the effect of a frequency can be perpetuated
in time when you listen to the same frequency periodically for an
introductory period of time, and then you keep listening to it in short
burst. This effect, Neocortex Temporary Plasticity (NTP), is something you
can experience when you are a music lover and you listen to a very
particular type of music periodically. The associated effects of the type of
music are perpetuated while you keep listening to it every day.

So, to wrap it up, the NZT app makes use of well know neuroscience and
adds to the mix the usage of a particular set of frequencies in the Sigma
frequency range, and exposure bursts based in the NTP concept to give

Following the NTP concept, you must start using the NZT app for 15 continuous
days in what I call overload phase. The overload phase will prime your brain to
ripe the benefits of the NZT App. To some people can take less, to other people
can take more, but 15 days is the average.
Each day you must have two NZT App sessions. The first session should be in the
morning, right after you open your eyes. The second session should be at night
right before you are going to sleep.
During the overload period dont miss a day. This is of supreme importance;
otherwise you would have to start from the beginning.
After the overload period has passed, you can have one 15 minutes session a
day (the bare minimum) to maintain the effects. You must sit, relax and have
your session. You can use it anytime, anywhere, as long as you are not

performing activities where focus is essentially required like:

Driving
Using heavy machinery
Handling dangerous tools

It is fine if you want to have more than one 15 minutes session per day.
What to expect during the overload period? You can expect aside from a
continuous improvement:

Weird dreams. You could experience weird dreams, even multiple


dreams during one night due to the NZT App being "rewiring" you brain.
Lucid dreams. The NZT App could make you have extremely realistic
dreams.
Recalling of very old memories. This is the NZT App making available
your memory for you.

How to operate the NZT App


The NZT App can be operated by anyone. First, make sure you connected your
headphones to your device (smartphone or tablet).
Then tap on the NZT App icon, and you will get the following screen:

Press the blinking button on the lower part of the screen, and a screen will
appear allowing you to select the desired time for the session (15 minutes or 30
minutes).

After selecting the session time put on your headphones and enjoy. While the
session is active, the following screen will be shown by the NZT App.

When the session comes to an end the NZT App will automatically switch to the
time selection screen.
