Buildings also must be functional, safe and economical and must suit the specific needs of the people who use them. Most importantly, they must be built with the publics health, safety and welfare in mind. Sustainable development in Architecture is the sustainable design which is green building is to conserve energy, water and resources to limit pollution of the environment. Green Building Index, GBI Malaysia is a rating system that provides a comprehensive framework to evaluate the environmental impact and performance of buildings. Buildings are awarded the GBI Malaysia rating based on six criteria which are energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, sustainable site planning and management, material and resources, water efficiency and innovation. In management and engineering principles, a thorough understanding of the development and engineering process is necessary to assess the application of production management principles. Therefore, a generic references model has been develop for products based on system theories. The primary engineering process can be divided into different stages which transform market demand and customer requirements into instructions and specifications for products, processes or system. key aspect of entrepreneurship in engineering are vision and opportunity. Being an entrepreneur allow engineers to be more strategic in a project or organisation. Being involves at multiple, cross-disciplinay level can be give the engineers a broader perspective and decisions that improve the final product. This is also a good time to be an entrepreneur. With the globalisation of business and the uncertainty economy, there are plenty of opportunities to evaluate and pursue. Recognizing and vetting these opportunities, often within constrained timeframes, are challenges more easily handled by entrepreneurial engineers
