Project Name Glades County Library Service Through Membership in the Heartland Library Cooperative

Project Summary / Program Purpose: This project will enable Glades County to become a part of the
Heartland Library Cooperative (HLC), maintaining and strengthening library services to an otherwise
unserved population. This project will make it possible for Heartland Library Cooperative to expand
services to include Glades as a fifth county member and will prevent the loss of library services to Glades
residents due to the termination of administrative services formerly provided by Charlotte County.
