What is the difference between the SAP Public Partner Demo Showroom and the SAP Private Demo
Showroom?
The SAP Public Partner Demo Showroom Cloud Service (LoB-All) is a shared landscape that all partners
can access. lt is designed as an "out-of-the-box", pre-scripted demo environment with no option to add or
change the configuration.
The SAP Private Partner Demo Showroom service is based on the SAP Cloud Appliance Library (CAL).
This on-demand solution enables SAP partners to quickly deploy development, test, demo, and training
systems in the cloud. lt allows partners to fully customize and configure their private demo instance for their
own needs, and includes the facility to upload custom data and intellectual property.

How do I get support for the SAP Public Partner Demo Showroom?
There are three (3) levels of technical support for LoB-All.
To submit a support request:
1) Send an email to: support.sdc4partners@sap.com
Support monitors emails from partners; user administration; logon support; support ticket creation;
notification of problem solution to partners.
2) Open a ticket in the SAP Demo Cloud Self-Service Portal directly by clicking the "Create Ticket" button in
the relevant showroom (My Showrooms tab). The ticket will automatically be prepopulated with the
appropriate showroom data.
System performance; user-related and standard application content support (for scenarios mentioned on the
landing page).

3) Expert support

Why am I not able to change the configuration in the SAP Public Partner Demo Showroom?
The Public Showroom is a globally shared environment. lf changes to the configuration were allowed, it
would affect the preconfigured, pre-scripted business processes for all users (not just for the users making
the changes).
In the Private Showroom, you have the authorization to change configuration, add financial master data,
configure business scenarios, add intellectual property, and create an entire demo script.

What is an edition release cycle?

An edition release cycle is the time required to deliver new business processes. New editions of the LoB-All
showroom are released quarterly.

What country localizations are supported?

The Public Showroom supports localizations for Germany and the US.

ls there a road map to other languages?

The demo system supports the same languages as the SAP Business Suite. You can logon in any language
that allows the user to see the SAP screen in this local language.
Specific localization of master data, scenarios and SAP screens themselves is available in eight major
languages (Japanese, Chinese, German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian).

Can I access the SAP Demo Cloud via mobile devices?

Various apps are available in the showroom; mobile scenarios can be demonstrated as described in the
demo scripts. Clusters can also be accessed via mobile devices, but we advise against this. Accessing our
demo systems utilizing 3G / 4G / LTE is not recommended, as the transfer speeds are limited and the
bandwidth is shared amongst all participants in the node/cell. With a 3G connection, the latency is very
unpredictable and can vary from 180 milliseconds to network drops.

Where can I find which scenarios are available in the showroom?

You can view the report of all assets assigned to the showroom.
This gives you a real-time list of available scenarios.
