1. Under the approved Rationalized Structural Plan of our Department the staffing
pattern of Division Offices includes the Offices of the Curriculum Implementation
Division and the School Governance and Operations Division under the Office of
Schools Division Superintendent.
2. The School Governance and Operations Division is composed of the following
Offices :
A. School Management Monitoring and Evaluation Unit
B. Social Mobilization and Networking Unit
C. Planning and Research Unit
D. Human Resource Development Unit
E. Education Facilities Unit
3. In compliance thereof, this office has designated Division Personnel specific to these
units and for the information and guidance of all the functions and Key Result Areas
for the corresponding designated personnel is attached herewith.
4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
