Learning Experience
I have done my in-plant training in Prragathi Steel Casting private limited, Machenalli,
Shimoga. This is one the very famous industry in that area to produce casting products.
This industry is giving most employment opportunity to unemployed people in that area.

Especially this industry not asking most educated people to do work enough minimum
education to employees. By this in-plant training I have learned lot of what is first of all
how will be the organization structure to produce the product. In this industry producing
casting products that work will be very dangerous. Everyone must do work in carefully. If
any accident will an all arise have to go very safety place.
In this industry producing casting products this is helped for me to know the information
about casting products. Really I got the information how will be the production
department until unless I didnt idea about that. I have learned what are all activities is
going on in manufacturing industry. What are all measures to take of problem will arise.
How to treat the employees to work more. These are all the information I have learned by
this industry.
