Cooking Procedure:
1. Saute half of garlic until brown. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion and alamang. Add pineapple syrup, pepper and kangkong. Simmer,
uncovered until almost cooked. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits. Simmer for 5
minutes then top with sesame seeds & fried garlic.

Procedure:
1. In a pot put the ginger, fried fish and 4 cups coconut
milk then bring to a boil.
2. Add the squash then simmer until almost half cooked
then add the sayote, eggplant and okra then simmer and
add the green leafy vegetables, simmer until almost
done.
3. Add the 1 cup of coconut milk, salt to taste then
simmer until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.

Cooking Procedure:
1. Season fish with calamansi juice, salt, pepper. Pat dry and thinly coat the fish with flour.
2. Fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
3. Saute garlic, onion, ginger in oil for 3 minutes or until translucent.
4. Add fish, soy sauce, DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks with syrup and water. Bring to boil
then simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Top with green onions.

1. Boil eggplants in water with pineapple syrup and salt until browned. Cut halfway
lengthwise just to open the eggplant. Dip in beaten eggs. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and ground pork until pork is cooked. Add DEL MONTE
Pineapple Tidbits, remaining syrup and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until slightly dry
remove from flame, and let it cool.
3. Drain eggplant from egg, then combine egg with meat mixture. Set aside.
4. Heat frying pan with oil over medium heat. Put eggplant into frying pan, then

until brown on both sides. Set aside.
