JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Cleaning the cow shed/barn.
*collect waste manure from the cow shed.
*dispose the waste manure properly.
*disinfect the cow shed using chlorine, zonrox or microban
*cleaning the waterer and feederer
2. Cleaning the calf rearing pen.
*collect waste manure from the beddings and dispose properly
*replace beddings twice a week
*clean and disinfect the pen after cleaning.
*clean the waterer and feederer twice a day.
3. Monitor the herd
*monitor for signs of illness and other complication
*monitor for signs of estrus
*check and monitor animals health
*graze the herd
4. Cleaning the milking parlor
*disinfect the area using chlorine, soap and zonrox
*wash and disinfect the milking utensils before and after using
