o In the event that security/night watch personnel discover evidence of acts of vandalism,
damage, theft or break-in to band-owned properties but do not witness the event, proceed as
follows:
o Give notification to the police if appropriate.
o Take written notes regarding the nature and circumstances of the event, when and
how the discovery was made, the extent and nature of any damage. Attempt to
establish the time the event took place by discovering the last time the site was
viewed with no damage.
o Give notification to the parties that operate or use the property or facility,
particularly if the damage has resulted in a hazard to the security of the premises or
individuals.
o Prepare a written report regarding the nature of and circumstances surrounding the
event including dates, times, locations and other pertinent data to submit.

Must pass a child abuse records check
*If it is deemed that all qualifications are equal, preference will be given to registered persons of
Aboriginal descent. Pay is to be negotiated and set forth by chief and council and successful
applicants are subject to a three (3) month review*
