Increased employee loyalty and drastically decreased turn-over by designing, managing and executing a yearly graduation event and
gala evening for those who utilized the tuition assistance program and graduated that year.
Saved the company 25 man hours per week by designing a tuition assistance database and online process, reducing total process
time from several weeks to a few days, eliminating all paper, and allowing participants to obtain funding on time.
Suggested, designed, and delivered a Change Management class - one aimed at managers and one at non-managers - to explain how
to utilize a new Performance Management tool and process to avoid wide-spread discontent and replace that feeling with one of
empowerment to document their achievements. The company also saved significant dollars on those who were unable to document
achievements.
