Corn: ---Night Session Close: March down 10 at 3702 Dec down 10 at 3910
Opening the night at 3712, March traded to a session low of 3700. Trend line support may be found near 3694 while the 50 day moving average stands at 3674 and the 20 day at
3632. Further support may be found at near 3624. Trading to a new high of 3630, initial resistance is likely from the 100 day moving average at 3784. Further resistance is
possible from the Dec-07 high of 3820.
Soybeans: ---Night Session Close: March up 10 at 8816 Nov up 20 at 8922
Starting the night at 8802, March posted a session low at 8794. A cluster of moving averages from the 10, 20, and 50 day is located at 8782, 8746, and 8762; respectively. Further
support may be found near 8670. Trading to a session high of 8850 and pushing through the 100 day moving average at 8810, initial resistance is likely from the Jan-19 high of

8880 and followed by the Dec-21 high of 8970.


Wheat: ---Night Session Close: March down 04 at 4746 Sept down 12 at 4932
Opening the night at 4756, March pushed to a session low 4740 to test the 20 day moving average. The 470 region may offer further support while trend line support stands at
4674. Trading to a session high of 4774, trend line resistance is near 4764 and the 50 day moving average can be found at 4780; in addition to the key 480 region.

News:
--- USDA reported that 444.5 million bushels of corn was used for ethanol in December vers 455.9 this time last year. 7.616 million cwt of sorghum was used for ethanol, up from
0.889 this time last year. 1.973 million tons of distillers dried grains was produced vers 1.920 this time last year.
--- Soybean processors crushed 5 million tons in December, mostly unchanged from last month. Soyoil stocks totaled near 1.58 billion pounds at the end of December vers 1.55 in
November.
--- Private estimates Brazils corn crop at 83.2 MMT with 12% harvested.
--- Brazil has announced credit subsidies for farmers in 2016/17.
--- Argentinas grain exchange estimates the soybean crop at 59 MMT and the corn crop at 23.6 MMT with roughly 8% under drought stress.
--- On Monday, the traditional funds sold 1,000 soybeans, 1,000 soymeal, 1,000 soyoil, 1,000 corn and 2,000 wheat. They are estimated to be net short 22,500 soybeans, 33,800
soymeal, 77,000 corn, 50,000 wheat and are estimated to be net long 49,900 soyoil.
