BAR CHART FOR COMBUSTION AND BORE SCOPE INSPECTION OF GT # 5

Re-tightening of bore scope plug after bore scope inspection
Removal of fwd. flow sleeves
Removal of overhead ducts and fans in GT compartment
Removal of GT compartment roof
Removal of combustion cans
Loosening of transition piece fasteners
Removal of transition pieces
Clean all the parts/drill tap/broken bolts/cleaning of bolts. Replenish Gaskets, Hardware & Bolts/Nuts with required
qty. by recommended type
In-situ DPT of VIGV, & Clearence
Inspection of removed combustion components
Re-assemble transition pieces
Re-assemble combustion cans
Re-position GT compartment roof
Re-position overhead fans & ducts of GT compartment
Re-assemble fwd flow sleeves
Re-assemble combustion liners, cross fire tubes and retainers
Box-up combustion can covers
Re-assemble fuel nozzles
Liquid fuel re-tubing
Re-connect gas fuel lines
Re-position side doors and pannels
Re-install spark plug and flame detectors.
Ventilation fans & instrumentation reconnection, cable tray cutting & cables shifting ( IOCL SCOPE)
Remaining Instrumentation Activities ( IOCL SCOPE)
GT on Ratcheting
Activate Co2 system.
DeBlinding of Gas/ HSD supply line.
Unit Water Wash and deblinding
Fsnl & Loading
MOM Sign . & Demobilization
