3. If you saved the file, you will see the .dmg file on your desktop. Open it to see the
installer.
5. If you get an unknown developer error when opening the installer, Control-click
(or Right-Click) on it and select Open. It will then give you the option to run it
anyway.

6. Hit Continue
7. Hit Install.

8. You may be prompted to enter your admin login and password. This is typically
your normal login ID, but can vary. If your logins dont work, contact your local
support group.

10. When done, you will see this screen. Hit Close to exit the installer.

13. You can add a shortcut to the application in the users dock by doing a ctrl+ click
and select Options > Keep in Dock

14. The first time you install and run Junos Pulse, there will be no connections
configured. Hit the Plus in the bottom left corner of the Connections window.
15. Enter at least one Name and Server URL pair. We recommend adding the two
closest locations so you will have a backup ready if the primary is down for
maintenance. Two examples are shown below.

17. Once youve added your local connections, you should have a screen similar to
this one.

19. Junos Pulse will negotiate a VPN connection into the company network
20. You do not have to keep the Junos Pulse application open to maintain your
connection, though we recommend it as a reminder that your computer is tied into
the corporate network.

21. When you are done accessing the company network, you can either hit
Disconnect on the active connection in Junos Pulse or turn off the computer.
