II. PURPOSE OF THE COOPERATIVE:
A. General Purpose:
To meet the needs of its member on a cooperative basis and
to support and promote the cooperative movement.
B. Secondary Purposes:
Promote equitable distribution of net surplus through
maximum utilization.
C. Proposed Business Activities (State goods/products/services to be offered by the
proposed cooperative:
The Cooperative offers burger with health benefits and flat shoes with
replaceable ribbon and will be distributed among the members that enable them to
increase to attain increased income and savings.
III. ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
