In the process of globalization, information and communications technology
(ICT) have generated among humans a major revolution in the way
to communicate, socialize, access, and transmit appropriate information,
which it has given rise to new changes in various areas of society,
especially in the educational field.
That is why today, learning other languages and understanding
the culture of its speakers are essential skills for the development and the
success of students in the globalized world of the XXI century. Learn another
Language not only contributes to the cognitive and professional development,
but also to respect and understand the vision of the world and other cultures.
SVRecorder is a learning strategies consist of a procedure or set of
steps or skills a student acquires and intentionally used as a flexible instrument
to learn meaningfully and solve problems and academic demands.

What opportunities does Internet offer to learn a foreign language?
The emergence of the Internet in education stimulates the desire of people to
learn, individual activity extends, increases the rate of supply of quality material
in one lesson. All this is done through e-mail correspondence with students from
other

countries,

the

establishment

and

implementation

of

joint

telecommunications projects, the ability to read books in the original, participate

in various competitions and Olympics.
The integration of the Internet in education and in particular, its use in the
teaching of foreign languages, is now quite relevant. This is mainly due to the
fact that when the Internet is used as a means to learn a foreign language is the
best practice many of the goals and the task of training and education.
