Cold process formula with Oleosomes and a combination of Glycolic acid and Salicylic
acid. Oleosomes serve as a natural primary emulsifier clinically proven to be exceptionally
mild on the skin and non-comedogenic, which is critical in acne formulations. Oleosomes
also help keep the skin, soft through the delivery of emollient oils and vitamin E, to
counteract the drying acne ingredients.

In Phase A, slowly adjust pH of Glycolic Acid to 4.0 with (25%) Sodium

Hydroxide. Record wt % used and deduct from water to be used in Phase C.
In Phase B, dissolve salicylic acid in alcohol.
Under propeller blade, add Phase A to Phase C and mix at 300 rpm for 5 minutes.
Add Phase B into Phase AC and mix for 300 rpm for 5 minutes.
Premix Phase D under propeller for 10 minutes at 400 rpm.
Under a propeller blade, add Phase D to Phase ABC and mix at 800 rpm for 10 minutes to
emulsify.
Adjust pH if necessary.
Add Phase F and mix at 800 rpm until smooth and uniform (approx. 20 minutes).
Adjust pH if necessary.

Viscosity RVTC/2 = 25K cps
