1.

Three experiments, I, II and III are carried out at room condition


to investigate factors affecting the rate of reaction between nitric
acid and zinc metal. Table 4 shows the reactants and conditions of
the reaction.

placed on an electronic balance as shown in Diagram 4.
The mass of the conical ask and its contents is recorded at 60
seconds intervals.
