GoYoDeo – “The new way to Internet”

GoYoDeo is a socially adopted application that enables users to produce, consume and share media.

GoYoDeo is all about creating, sharing and communicating. It is a web-based application that combines
publishing of online video, video channels, photos and blogging with the most popular of social
networking communication tools; Follow, Share, Email, Blog, Text, Chat and Video Chat. The “viewer” is a
Flash-based application that users can publish in or on just about any website or social network,
delivering an enhanced media experience to their visitors.

While the main user control panel is located at GoYoDeo.com, the application is quickly evolving to allow
users to login and administer both content and communications from inside any GoYoDeo viewer they

GoYoDeo is an enhanced combination of things Internet that have already proven to be a success. By

Online ad revenue in the past has been grossly ineffective using only banner ad marketing. Video
certainly improves this model, and was justified as recent as April 2008 when Microsoft contracted to
spend $.50 per video ad click-through. GoYoDeo not only offers the ability to deliver ad media in video,
photo and banner formats, but will also deliver text ads, banner ads and graphic overlays inside the
millions of Text, Chat, and Video Chat messages users will send from within the application itself.

The Floating Apps Team


GoYoDeo is being invented and developed by a group of tech-savvy friends who wish to deliver software
solutions whereby people can share media and connect with one another. Having just the right mix of
business sense, technical expertise and “want to”, the Floating Apps team seek to deliver an experience
whereby users feel they will “miss something” if they disengage their GoYoDeo. In addition to three
management personnel, GoYodeo is being created by a relatively small team; one graphic artist, one
Flash developer and two .Net developers. CEO – Drew Bourke and Strategist – Jay Deragon, manage the
future path of GoYoDeo.

Promise to Investors
The Floating Apps team expects GoYoDeo to begin turning profits in November, 2010. It’s low-cost of
operations and ability to quickly adopt future technologies make it a very efficient and scalable company.

Just using MySpace and FaceBook as the example combined there are over 133 million page views a day.
Should 2% of those pages adopt GoYodeo, this represents 2,660,000 GoYoDeo views per day. A 1%
click-through response represents 26,600 ad impressions, each averaging .30 cents per click. This creates
$7,980 per day or $239,400.00 per month in gross revenue. Again, this is using only FaceBook and
MySpace as the example, not the millions of blogs, websites, networks and desktops currently available
as prospective users of GoYodeo.

GoYoDeo seeks to raise $2,500,000 to fund two years of development and operating expenses. The
greatest portion of funds will be used to increase development staff to quickly create the multitude of
additional functions GoYoDeo has on the drawing table. Every current and future function provides
additional avenues for ad revenue. Management will also use funds for press releases, marketing and
travel. Additional hardware and bandwidth will be purchased as needed. Funds will be managed by
GoYoDeo’s treasurer, Robert Deason, a 40+ year expert in managing both U.S. and international funds
for small to large companies.
