53226, (414)266-6400. Over a period of ten years, I was the Corporate Executive Assistant for the Assistant to the President & CEO (management
position) of Children's Hospital and Health System, Inc. Responsibilities included typing and tracking minutes, bylaws, letters and memoranda. A large,
on-going responsibility was to generate and maintain the flow of Board of Director and Committee minutes for the Health System and its 14 entities, from
transcription to finalization, to be ready for any JCAHO (Joint Commission) or accounting firm surprise visits. I was responsible for typing expanded
agendas, attendance sheets and handouts. Other tasks included maintaining the calendar and files of the Assistant to the President. I performed annual
projects such as Board of Director Committee assignments, conflict-of-interest disclosure, dues, annual reports, 990 reports and mileage, using grids I
created myself. By calling various Board of Director and Committee members around the city and state, I scheduled (via U.S. mail electronically) and
calendared (using Outlook) each Board and Committee meeting. To prepare for each upcoming meeting, I created Board and Committee packets (which
guided members through each meeting) and ordered food. I operated transcription machines, employing Windows-2003-based technology. I prepared
large projects using Microsoft Office Excel 2003 and helped prepare presentations for the President & CEO using PowerPoint. I periodically relieved on
the Corporate office's 25-line switchboard and performed other reception duties. Every three months, I helped coordinate Blood Center of Wisconsin
donor drives when they visited t the Hospital.

3/92 to 6/99 -

partners and associates in various department and, over a period of six years, I was promoted to a legal secretary to four associates in the Tax department,
an associate in Litigation and later two Partners in Corporate. Responsibilities included typing agreements, corporate minutes, correspondence, briefs and
pleadings utilizing Windows 95-based technology with WordPerfect Version 5.2. Other responsibilities included weekly time entry for each attorney,
maintaining client files in conjunction with other departments in the firm, handling overflow from the firm's other attorneys and periodically relieving the
receptionist.

1/84 to 3/87 -

Personal Injury for the President of the firm and responsible for Criminal files for an associate. Scheduled hearings, trials and client appointments.
Transcribed briefs, pleadings, correspondence and other dictation. Maintained office files (100 Family Law, 40 Criminal and 25 Personal Injury). Handled
overflow from firm's other attorneys and relieved receptionist on an eight-line switchboard, plus performed other reception duties.

4/81 to 1/84 -
deVries, Vlasak & Schallert, S.C., 741 North Milwaukee Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. Legal Word Processing Operator who operated and
maintained an IBM OS6 Information Processor and an IBM 6644 Document Printer. Typed briefs, wills, correspondence and created masters of all
pleadings, agreements, jury instructions and office file information for future use. Large on-going responsibility was to utilize the File feature of the OS6
to systemize a list of over 12,000 individual clients and their pleadings.

Assisted Office Systems Coordinator with mail sorting and delivery.
