Purpose (General Summary):


Company is in the business of people management solutions in
the manufacturing, supply chain, sales & distribution and
support services functions. The purpose of this position is to
identify potential clients in the aforesaid spheres of activity.

1. Calling to Local Contractors/ recruitment
companies.
2. Generating leads
3. Line up meeting with Directors / POC
4. Making them understand the Franchisee
Model with a presentation.
5. Following up with them after the
meeting.
6. MOU Sign off .Finalizing the agreement.
7. Warming Signed Business Partners every
month for good revenue generation.
Maintains
relationships
with
Local
Contractor/Boutique Recruitment firms by
providing support, information, and guidance;
researching
and
recommending
new
opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
Maintains quality service by establishing and
enforcing organization standards.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and
summarizing client meetings/information and
progress in the CRM tool
