TECHNICAL ANALYSIS USING FIBONACCI

AND CLOUDS
PSEi (PSE Index)

The index managed to break our identified resistance and ended up 10 points lower than the high at 6880
(our analysis is 6870). The updated chart above showed how the PSEi reacts after testing the lower fan
line of the Fibonacci Fan (encircled in Red). However, i am having mixed signals here, albeit the potential
to go down just like the previous, is showing the possibility to reach 6940 to 6990. Should the fan line
gets respected, initial support to watch is 6700, and should this hold, the above mentioned upside may
still materialise. Failure to reach 6950, at least, or hold 6700 support, this could send this down to 6470.
