Transitional Semi Permanent shelter at


Sisneri, Makawanpur
Upon the request from the Helth post of SisneriSisneri
Makawanpur by Mr. Sagar Lama, HDSN sent three
transitional semi permanent shelters to Sisneri which
have been setup in three different locations providing
the needfull services to the community in the local area.

Similarly the team provided acupuncture therapy to the


villagers along with the distribution of the clothes.
Some gaming stuffs were distributed to the children.

The shelters were setup in coordination between HDSN


and Mr. Sagar Lama, health facilitator in the health post
of Sisneri.
The shelters are supported byAmerica Nepal Medical Foundation (ANMF)
(ANMF)-2

Integrated camp at Talakhu , Nuwakot


Integrated camp at Talakhu conducted comprising
the population of Talakhu and Likhu with
integration of health camp, oral health program,
acupuncture and distribution of clothes. HDSN
team deed the screening and treatment in the
form of Extraction-140, restoration-43,
43, fluoride
application and oral health councelling and
orientation to the villagers.

The camp was supported by We Help Nepal.


Some medicines were supported by Americares and the
doctors from Singapore with the help of coordination by
Ms. Jessi Lai.

Complete set up of the transitional shelters
have been done in Kavre serving more than 300
students in Shree Setidevi Secondary school, health post
that have been serving more than 2152 people and the
shelter for the single old la
lady who is getting saved from
these cold days.

School Program at Bloom Nepal


Rayan's friends from Australia had sent gifts and letters
to Nepal and what better than hand it out to children at
Bloom Nepal School. In retur
return the children who took
part have replies ready to be sent back to Perth with all
the love from Nepal. There is beginning of a new
friendship between children of Australia and Nepal.
Thank you Michelle Boag and Children from room 13
Millens Primary School, Perth for initiating this
wonderful event.

Integrated program at Adarsha Janapremi


School and Paradise Academy
Oral health program at paradise Academy was
conducted. Screening and treatment of 300 students
done in the school premises with oral health education
program

Orientation program - Organized by Milijuli

Similarly another school program with oral screening


and treatment in the form of restoration, extraction and
fluoride application done in Adarsha Janapremi School
with student count of 500

Oral health orientation program was conducted in


Naikap. The program was supported by Milijuli Samaj
Nepal and Milijuli rin tatha bachat sahakari sastha.
The program is basically focused on the oral health
education and motivation to create sound oral health
hygiene. Also the orientation program educates the
people about the oral conditions and treatment needs
of the people.

Oral health program at Bloom Nepal


One day camp at little bloom school Lubu was
conducted. Examination and treatment of 70 students
and teachers done. Treatment done in the form of
extractions-30, restorations-15
15 and fluoride application.
Along with the camp, the school
ool programs were
conducted by the team of quake volunteers.
