DEED OF ASSIGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, I, ANNABELLE AZARCON QUITANGON, Filipino, of legal
age, widow, and residing at Block 2, Lot 14 Woodcrest Ligas 2, Bacoor City, Cavite,
am the surviving spouse of the late Col. Ariel Panganiban Quitangon, PAF (Ret.);
WHEREAS, I, as the surviving spouse of the late Col. Ariel Panganiban
Quitangon, PAF (Ret.), am entitled to receive from the Armed Forces of the Philippines
(AFP) Finance Center, Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association, Inc.
(AFPSLAI) and the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) pension benefits due my
late husband;
WHEREAS, I and the children of my late husband come to an agreement
whereby I waive in their favor the right to demand, collect and receive the proceeds of
the pension benefits appertaining to my late husbands retirement;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I
hereby assign, transfer and convey unto Mark Kevin (middle name) Quitangon, Mark
Kirby (middle name) Quitangon, Arnold (middle name) Quitangon, Lynard (middle
name) Quitangon, Angel Azarcon Quitangon and Angela Azarcon Quitangon, all
children and compulsory heirs of my late husband, Col. Ariel Panganiban Quitangon,
PAF (Ret.), the proceeds of the pension benefits due my late husband.
That I, by these presents, do hereby appoint and constitute MARK KEVIN
(middle name) QUITANGON, Filipino, of legal age, single and residing at Block 2, Lot
14 Woodcrest Ligas 2, Bacoor City, Cavite, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
whose specimen signature appears below, for me and in my name and stead, to demand,
collect and receive from the AFP Finance Center and the Philippine Veterans Affairs
Office the pension benefits above-mentioned. This power of attorney shall be irrevocable.
HEREBY CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING all that my said attorney-in-fact
may do or cause to be done in the premises, with the same force and effect as if I am the
one doing in person.

executed the instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed.
