METHOD OF IUCD:NATURAL METHOD :Natural birth control methods

teach women to determine the
fertile phase.of their menstrual
cycle.To avoid pr4egnancy
women avoid intercourse on
fertiledays.
The most effective methods
and natural methods includes
mainly 2 methods are: FAM(fertility
awareness
method):Refers to a Natural birth control
method outside of a religious
framework that supports the
barriers method.
NFA(Natural family
planning):It does not supports the use of
barriers method.Emergency
contracepetive.
A women has regular

SAFE CYCLE METHOD:A week before and

week after the menses is
considered as the safe period.
During this period the
women is not fertile because
she cannot ovulates as general
rule. If the day menstruation for
a women is a Monday.the next
Monday following the most
risky day will be her last risky
day.
The period between
the first risky Monday and last
risky mandy(or fertile period) if
the menstrual cycle are regular
calculation of the safe periodsis
simple ,but often they are
irregular .In such cases
calculation are difficult
.currently therer, is no
Tecniques that can predict the
fertile periods precisely.
The failure rate with
the rhythm method is almost
24 percent.
