And then Nurse Ria goes to the dr. Emmys room. She wants to consult about
Ekas condition in the room
Nurse: Assalamualaikum
D: Waalaikumsalam. What happen with a new patient nurse?
N: At the 9 a clock i did the anamnesa and physical assessment to Mrs. Eka
(give the nursing documentation form to the doctor)
D: What does Mrs Eka feel nurse? (see the nursing documentation form)
N: She said that she feel nausea and vomit all the day, she feel dizzy too
D: Owh. Ok. Thank you. Now im going to check the patient condition. Please
call her for me
N: Yes doctor

Patient and nurse go to the doctor room

D: Assalamualaikum
P: Waalaikum salam
D: Are you Mrs Eka?
P: Yes doctor. Im Eka
D: Please sit down
P: Yes doctor
D: What do you feel now Mrs Eka?
P: I feel nausea and i vomit all the day. I feel dizzy too doctor
D: Since when you feel like this?
P: Since 2 weeks ago
D: Ok. Now I want to check your stomach now. Please lie flat on the bed

D: When did your last period time happen ?
P: Mmh, i think its 2 months ago

D: So this month and last month you didnt menstruate?
P: Yes doctor
D: Ok now follow me to the USG room
