MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

The potential customer of our product will be the residents of the new household area in
Perlis. The reason for that is the new household system at the present especially in Perlis is built
based on the green house concept which is to enliven the long-term care environment as well as
to create a safe habitat for general public. One way to achieve that goal is by having a systematic
system of dispensing waste. Our product which is based on the new innovation and used the
latest technology in managing municipal waste is really suitable to cater their needs. Besides,
most of the house in Perlis is a single unit house with almost all of its citizens has the same
standard of living. To add to that, our government has just announced the state as one of the
developing state in Malaysia and it is now moving toward achieving its main vision which is to
become Perlis Maju on 2020. It is important to have a safe and clean environment along with
the rapid development that took place. The existence of our product will facilitate and served that
purpose.
The major purchasers for our products are first-time home buyer, buyers purchasing
multi-generational housing, buyers purchasing senior or active adult community housing,
construction companies, municipal council, environment related agencies as well as any
company or individual who have a huge deal of interest in having systematic system of
dispensing waste. Most of them are based in town and in our case all of them are based in
Kangar, Perlis as new household area and numerous companies are developing in that particular
area
The target customer for our product is easily reached and receptive as house is a
necessary demand of our life. At the same time it is pivotal to have clean and safe surrounding
that provide high levels of care for individuals or community. That objective can be achieved
using our product. As municipal waste produced per day are increasing, it is utmost important to
have a systematic system of collection and processing waste. The failure to do that will result in
many environmental effects as reported by environmental and health agencies. Thus, our product
will easily attract people as it environmental friendly and offers many benefit. We also had a
joint venture with Kangar Municipal Council to easily reach our customer in which the council
has become one of our official agents in distributing and selling the dustbin. Thus the public or
anyone who is interested can buy our product through them
For the next three years, the size of the current total market and the share that our product
will have would be 60% as the government is expected to be even stricter regarding waste
management nowadays. We will expand our market segment from Perlis to another country at
the Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak
We seeing in the future that our product will have a high demand in the society as our
product help to ease the implementation of government policy. Thus, we will be the leader in our
field with our major group of customer comes from the youngster who is well aware about the

importance and differences that can be done using our product. Our product will be famous and
used by entire Malaysia. Then, we will market our product to our neighboring countries like
Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Brunei before penetrating world market
