1 Abandoned land and building of Receiving Centre: The Receiving Center land admeasuring 3037
sq. m. is lying idle since long. The building is also abandoned. The land is situated in the prime location of
Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. There is possibility of State Government acquiring the site for development work
such as expansion of nearly Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Composite Hospital and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia
Institute of Medical Sciences, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. As the land is lying idle, we have to take immediate
decision for the utilization to avoid any unpleasant situation.
2. SBG under
METP:It is to bring to the kind notice of Zonal Office that many items such as office computers, software,
Xerox machine, printer, ACs, furniture, curtains, clocks, bulbs, tubes etc. are not provided for the Engg.
Section from O E sub head. The subhead Office Expenses is operated by the Head of Office who is an
Programme Officer. Therefore it is proposed that a new subhead of Office Expenses (Technical) may be
created for the station and a part of SBG Office Expenses may be allocated under proposed subhead Office
Expenses (Technical) and it may be operated exclusively by Engineering Head AIR Lucknow.

1.Facility of Phone-in provided in Music-1 Studio

A Phone-in console has been installed in Music-1 studio for the purpose of live phone-in programme on the
Primary Channel.
2. Repair of 63.5 kVA DG Set
The output of the generator had some fluctuations on load. On checking it was found that the Alternator
Voltage Regulator (AVR) card of the generaotr was faulty. The same was replaced by a new card purchased from the market.
