Al Raha Beach Development will be a

ALDAR Head Quarters

The excavation and piling works together
with the majority of the substructure is
completed The concreting of lift core to
level 23 was completed on the 26th March
2008 Structural steelwork for the super
structure has commenced There are 5
tower cranes and 1 crawler crane on site
Concrete to date 31,000m3 361 piles
completed to date.

Al Bandar Al Muneera

Piling works and excavation are completed, tensioned slab has just commenced on the
the raft slab and majority of the substructure loft building There are 9 Tower Cranes
is completed. Works to the superstructure and 1 Mobile Crane on site Total Concrete
are now progressing and the first post till the end of Feb08 39000m3.

Al Zeina

Mobilisation of the site offices and set up is

progressing Bulk excavation is completed
on the island and piling is now progressing
Currently 383 piles have been cast.

Excavation works and piling are now
complete, 1542 piles have been installed
over an area of 111,000m2 80% of all
basement slabs & rafts are complete, to
date 70,000m3 concrete has been poured
11 out of 19 tower cranes have been
erected, supplemented with 4 crawler
cranes Out of 28 individual cores 24 are
currently under construction and we have
completed 50 out of 353 lifts
The 1st slab pour to the Ground floor is
complete 4000m2 of Precast ground
floor has been erected out of a total of
230,000m2.

Exhibition 2008, MIPIM, in Cannes
ALDAR Properties attended the World
Property Exhibition 2008, MIPIM, in
Cannes, France at the prestigious Palais
des Festivals. The renowned Abu Dhabi-
based development firm showcased its
entertainment destination, YAS Island and
its Arabian waterfront development Al
Raha Beach’s precinct Al Dana aboard the
O’MEGA luxury yacht. ALDAR promoted
two of its high-end developments and
the emirate of Abu Dhabi as a lucrative
investment choice for the visiting attendees
of the show. The five-day luxury property
exhibition proved successful attracting the
interest of high net worth individuals and
the international press. YAS Island, which
will host the Grand Prix in 2009 is also home
to the world’s first Ferrari branded theme
park, a Warner Bros. theme park, and a
waterpark. Al Dana, the commercial hub of
Al Raha Beach will encompass relaxation,
a fine shopping destination, beautiful
residences, landmark buildings designed
