Job profile: Preparation of Interim payment application (IPA) for monthly


work done, Certification of Sub-contractor's monthly Interim application for
payment, Maintaining work progress and Daily Report, Calculate the Bar
Bending Schedule (BBS), Prepare Monthly Budget of construction works. Rate
Analysis of Extra Item i.e. not a tender Item & Variation Items i.e. Beyond

per standard mode and contract specifications and timely submit it to


Client/Consultant with proper supporting documents
Following up with clients on payment and certifying bills.
Identification of extra items, preparation of rate analysis of those items
