Academy of Implant Dentistry AND 1st
anniversary and convocation of PAKISTAN
ACADEMY OF ESTHETIC DENTISTRY.
To start,
I would like to invite dr abdul wahab to recite

First of all I would like to thank our worthy
speakers prof Dr mahmood qureshi ,prof dr
abdul mudassir and our chief guest for the
night Prof Dr Saeed malik for coming

This has been a much awaited event in each

of our aspiring implantologists and
orthodontists lives as it gives the returns to
the efforts put in by the highly esteemed
implant icon dr MQ and a renowned
orthodontist professor dr Abdul Mudassir.

The honorable dr Mq established Pakistan

Academy of Implant Dentistry IN 1993 as the
first and only institute in the nation to
implement the selfless TEACH LEARN
PRACTICE phenomenonnurturing each and
every individual through a perfect blend of
traditional as well as contemporary style of
implant training ,

We at PAID organize ONE YEAR CLINICAL

MASTERS program with live surgeries and
hands-on workshops every year to create in
our graduates not only the confidence to
practice clinical implant dentistry but also to
place in them a sense of ethics so that they
work for the greater good of humanity and
that is how we have completed our silver
jubilee 25th year program which is a unique
record in the history of medical and dental
education. No other organizer has achieved
such an out standing achievement. It is an
international program recognized widely. Our
participants are from all over the world

from England, france, Saudi

Arabia,Ireland,dubai, Somalia and the list
goes on.. our participants who are from uk
are allowed to practice there after they have
attended our course
It was during our 16th implant course in 2012
when dr mudassir who is the ex principal of
baqai dental college and altamash institute of
dentistry came all the way from Karachi to
attend our one year program and showed
keen interest throughout the course and was
always there to observe and assist upto late
nights even at 2 in the morning____ the
typical of MQ institute.
He was so much interested that he attended
another year and brought a group of doctors
to take the course and then during these days
his academic marvels were opened up and we
decided to take the advantage of this
marvelous teacher and thats how we
started
In the year 2014 we started our first
Orthodontic course under the mentorship of

Dr Mudassir. This 2 day course was designed

to give our doctors the information they need
to make the best treatment decisions for their
patients. A significant part of course was
devoted to hands-on workshops on
typhodonts. This course enabled all of you to
apply new knowledge and procedures
immediately in your own practice.
Dr Mudassir is a renowned academician with
special interest in Orthodontics and
Restorative dentistry. He has worked on high
positions of various dental colleges. Has
conducted workshops on Orthodontics ,
endodontics,crown and bridges throughout
Pakistan and wrote many papers on the
subjects both in national and international
dental journals. At present he works as a
consultant in ____________ in Karachi.

I must mention our deep sense of

appreciation for prof dr Saeed malik for his
great services for dentistry. He is the first
Pakistani FDS RCS in oral and maxillofacial
surgery from royal college of London. He is
also an ex principal of demont morency dental
college Lahore and nishter college of dentistry
multan.

Dr mq is the founder and president of
Pakistan academy of implant dentistry and
renowned for his attending
grabbing,absorbing and tireless lectures. His
meticulousness and devotion when
performing surgical procedures and his
patient caring manner while supporting
students in supervised surgeries. His depth of
knowledge is enormous and he is ever ready

to share his experiences with those who have

a longing to learn.
