Dear Sir,
Based on your request of your letter I am considering disposal/sale over the said stall Star Typing Centre at above address
I am unable to do typing business as there is no more any typing work coming and rising cost I am unable to earn my income
from the said typing shop hence I am unable to run the typing job so I would like to consider a sale as proposed by you.
You must be aware that the stall is situated on the road side footpath and the footpath is owned by the BMC and the stall Licenses
are not transferrable as per the BMC whereas as the Stalls are considered as Hawkers by the BMC at the moment which you
should be aware of.
There is no guarantee if the stall could be transferred in your name buy it is upto the BMC only and you shall in future approach
them for it Also and you shall be liable to certain risks as the stall is on the road side and the BMC has the right to shift, demolish
and transfer as per their own rules which you must also take note of . You are under no force or compulsion from my side to buy
the stall but solely at your own accord.
After the sale I will not interfere with your business and will not claim any rights after the execution of agreement and I will go
my way and you will go your way as per mentioned in the Memorandum dated 01-AUGUST 2015
If this is clear that let us proceed to produce an agreement.

SUB : APPLICATION TO INITIATE PURCHASE OF ABOVE STALL for my HANDICAPPED SONS
FUTURE ( I.E STARTYPING CENTRE)
Dear Sir,
I the undersigned MRS. RAZIYA MANSOOR LOKHANDWALA would like to request initiation of purchase the stall
mentioned above.
My son is partially handicapped living with a Steel Rod Insertion in one of his legs and unable to take up any job nor is able to
look after him self besides his improper health and unfit to work. He is having a wife and two children and I am worried for his
future so I request if you could consider offering your stall for purchase for a sum of
Rs 4 lakhs.
I am aware that the stall is situated on the road side footpath and the foot path belongs to the BMC and the stall Licenses are not
transferrable but all stalls are now considered at hawkers as mentioned on their licenses and the stall is subject to certain risks,
demolitions or transfer etc of which I am aware. I am willing to purchase the same on my risk and on my own accord without
any force or compulsion and you after having sold the same shall remain free from any blame or any obligations as per your
Memorandum duly singed by me and by my son dated 01-AUGUST 2015 and I wont blame you no ask for certain refund after
the sale is initiated.
