D. Set spiritual goals (purpose in life).

4.MANAWA A. Be here with touch (shape, texture, temperature, weight, smell, taste).
B. Be here with sound (natural, man-made, music, inner).
C. Be here with sight (shape, color, brightness, contrast, curvilinear)
D. Be here with spirit (awareness of energy, presence).

5. ALOHA A. Experience pleasure.

B. Experience happiness (passion, excitement, enthusiasm, contentment, etc.)
C. Experience blessing (compliments, praise, gratitude, appreciation)
D. Experience beauty.

6. MANA A. Increase physical strength, flexibility.

Other Locations There is a very ancient Hawaiian legend which tells of Kanehunamoku, the
"hidden" or "secret" floating island of the gods. Sometimes it might be seen at
Huna Village twilight, looking like a bank of clouds on the horizon, and the legends say it was
this floating island that bore away the Menehune, mysterious little people of Kauai,
The Huna Store so many ages ago, and where some men and women traveled to learn spiritual
wisdom and psycho-magical powers.
