1. I am an electronics engineer graduated from K.J.Somaiya college of
engineering Mumbai in 2013.Then I joined Accenture as Associate software engineer and worked in an internal project as a testing resource. I was also trained in cloud computing CRM called Salesforce.com 2. I am a self driven and motivated person. I served as IEEE KJSCEs treasurer during my final year engineering. I had the opportunity to handle complete finance of the council. The role involved budgeting, planning, managing the funds for various activities round the year. This made me realise the importance of knowledge of finance for efficient management . This also aroused a quest in me to learn finance for management of projects. So I am here to do my MBA in finance. 4. I see myself as a senior analyst in a financial institution 5 years down the line. My long term goal is to become a Vice President in 10 years. 5. The following are the instances when I use my strengths: Self drive / Self motivation: This helps me to initiate fruitful activity into any project I am entrusted .I try to initiate work and ideas, motivate myself and my team to achieve it. When I was serving as Research and development head in IEEE I initiated idea of robots with claws, structured the idea, conveyed and motivated my team to implement it. Honesty: I try to be honest and sincere in whatever task I do.I try to everything as per ethics. This makes me win the trust of people and hence I am entrusted responsible roles. The greatest professional achievement is within a year of joining Accenture and few months into the testing project I was given responsibility of handling the complete testing of a method which is usually a responsibility entrusted to a senior 2 levels above mine. Personal Achievement: My father was suffering from serious illness when I was in my third year engineering. I gave tuitions along with studies and tried to meet extra household expenses though it was not a necessity my parents could handle them well. It gave me a sense of satisfaction of greatest achievement in my life!

9. With my experience in corporate and IEEE I bring to the table qualities like team spirit, cooperation, optimism. With my qualities like self motivation, Self drive I can keep the team spirit high in terms of crisis. Also with my strengths like patience till perfection, optimism will help me handle problems effectively even in terms of crisis. This will add value to the teams I work with as well as to the organisation as a whole. 10.You should not hire me because I have a keen eye for details. This may extend the deadlines at times. Else I see no reason to not hire me. 11.My hobby is singing carnatic music. I never found a professional teacher for high level music in my locality so did not have a chance to learn its intricacies in detail. It takes nearly 10 years to be trained well and master the art of music if you get a good teacher. Given a chance I would love to learn it as a hobby to gain knowledge. 12.I believe everyone is a manager in his life. The first manager we all come in contact with is our mother who handles family- a team of people, finance-day to day expenses, operations etc. But given the formal training you would be a great manager with detailed knowledge handling the team and activities more effectively.MBA prepares for efficient decision making through its curriculum and pedagogy like case study methodology. Engineers can be good managers but for managerial roles EQ is more important than IQ best example is Rahul Yadav of Housing.com. So Engineers can be managers but I feel managers with MBA can serve better. 13.With my corporate knowledge coupled with excellent team spirit, optimism, desire to learn. I will always be up for new ideas. I can keep the team motivated and help them achieve the goals . My qualities like excellence in delivery, equal opportunities to everyone will help my peers.
