Terms, Conditions and Warranties

inc. FREIGHT POLICY
ACCOUNTS

Account applications that are approved must comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
1. All export orders are to be prepaid prior to shipment.
2. Credit terms are 30 days from end of the trading month.
3. Credit will be suspended if payment isnt made within the trading terms.
4. Unpaid Accounts at 30 days are on stop supply.
5. If no credit account exists all goods must be prepaid before leaving 4Way Suspension factory.
6. If applicant is a company, the Directors Guarantee must be completed by all relevant parties.

FREIGHT / INSURANCE
Trading terms - ex warehouse unless specified. Goods property passes to the buyer as soon as they leave the 4Way premises, 4/2 Forge St, Blacktown NSW 2148.
The buyer may at his option, collect the goods from these premises, or arrange FREIGHT / INSURANCE on his own behalf. Alternatively, freight and will be arranged
on the buyers behalf by 4Way Suspension.

CREDIT / WARRANTY RETURNS

Goods for credit or exchange must be returned within fourteen (14) days of invoice date, accompanied by a completed
REQUEST FOR CREDIT form, freight prepaid.
15% WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL CREDIT RETURNS THAT REQUIRE REPACKAGING.

EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

1. Parts that have been incorrectly installed.
2. Interference between shock and other suspension components, causing noise or failure of the shock.
3. Parts that have been involved in an accident or are bent and/or dented.
4. Parts showing evidence of improper tightening of the mounting bolts causing parts to wear or bend.
5. Vicejaw or multigrip marks on polished section of steel rod, causing damage to oil seals and oil leakage.
6. All parts subject to abusive off road use.
7. All parts used for any type of racing not covered by any warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Springs (Leaf or Coil) or Shocks built as special order ie. changed from the 4Way specifications, are not covered by warranty.
These units are built to order and therefore 4Way has no control over the usage of these units in any or all circumstances that may vary from what the
springs or shocks were intended and designed for.

ONLY PART NUMBERS THAT ARE LISTED IN THE 4WAY CATALOG WILL BE COVERED BY WARRANTY.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Copies of proof of purchase are to be attached to the claim with a kilometre reading if applicable to the claim. Each 4WD suspension kit must have a warranty card
completed with the details and measurements of the vehicle marked as required so that any claim can be processed with the minimum of delay.

SELF FIT (DIY) SUSPENSIONS

If suspension is fitted by the purchaser and not the licensed workshop, the following must be adhered to if warranty is to apply
1. A fitment measurement sheet must be completed with measurements
- (A) Before fitment - (B) After the kit has been fitted and - (C) 500kms after kit is fitted.

2. U-Bolts must be replaced at time of fitment. U-Bolts must also be re-tightened after 500kms have been travelled.

NOTE: 4WAY SUSPENSIONS OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT
OF THE DEFECTIVE PART ONLY. COSTS OF REMOVAL & INSTALLATION OF THE PART ARE NOT
INCLUDED. FREIGHT CHARGES TO AND FROM 4WAY ARE TO BE PREPAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

of these items, and the subsequent driving on public roads prior to certification may render your vehicle unroadworthy and may be deemed illegal
in your state or territory. Any vehicle that has products fitted that contravene the ADRs revelevent to that vehicle may be in breach of the rules.
Please check the requirement of the relevent authorities for your state or territory prior to fitting these items. Any vehicle fitting coils or leaf springs
that lift the vehicle above 2" without certification may be in breach of the ADRs applicable in your state.

The Tough Dog In-Cab kit is designed to allow you to change the valving of your adjustable shocks
without leaving the comfort of your vehicle. The Digital Readout, shows you front and rear shock valving
positions in large, easy to read numerals. Changing valve code is as easy as 1,2,3. By pushing a button you
can increase or decrease the air pressure to the shocks. You can dial in the exact requirement for the road
or offroad terrain you are travelling. The air line has a push/pull system to ensure a tight fit to ensure snug,
secure fittment.
