1 Introduction
The Timeline Films would like to submit this proposal to the Pakistan
Telecommunication Authority, Islamabad for general photography coverage of a 3
days event.
The objective of the general photography coverage will be to provide the best
photography solution to PTA according the latest trend.
Within this proposal we have stated details of the general coverage we will create
along with our brief company profile, team members, equipment, deliverable(s) and
timelines.

The Timeline Films is a film production company that specializes in designing high
quality digital interfaces including Documentaries, AD Films, Short Films, Music
Videos and HD photography.
We bring extra to the ordinary and create the best for our clients. The Timeline Films
bring its clients top-notch amenities, catering to the needs of any companys digital
presence. We are all about limitless creativity through high tech equipment and
brain power. We bring to you the creative and beautiful side of life in form of films,
marketing strategies, branding and social media.
Our name highlights films, but we not only focus on film but on other electronic
media aspects as well including graphic designing, social media campaigns,
marketing strategies and photography. Our main goal other than being known as
the best in the market is that whatever we produce is unique, amazing and breath
taking. We bring to life unique and fresh ideas that stand out.
Our main strength is organizational skills. Our company is organized and we deliver
what we promise. We have always fulfilled our promises and have never let our
clients feel disappointed.
The purpose of setting up this production house is to use the skills we have acquired
in a productive way. Unlike many other production houses we have a team that is
professionally educated in this field. Our team compromises of multi-talented
individuals who bring their own flare to the team. Our team has a sense of mutual
understanding and put work before anything else. What makes work easy for us is
the fact that all of our team members are passionate about their work. They do not
take work as a job but as an art.

3 Kashif Ur Rehman Founder/Director

Buying his inspirations from contemporary cinema, Kashif aspires to bag himself an
Oscar by inventing a filmmaking style of his own. With a dream to fly the biggest
planes ever produced and travel the whole world, he possesses, at the same time, a
flair for exploring every nook and cranny of the power of film. He is savvy about the
anatomy of anecdotes and its translation to a visual medium. According to him, film
is a journey as experienced by the audiences. Creating experiences that are worth
coming back to is the real challenge for a filmmaker and he is constantly working to
craft exciting narratives, which are memorable, travels future, and inspires action.
Moving with ingenious traits in school, Kashif was titled the 'Star Student' by the
Education Minister. He also led school's cricket team as the captain. Watching films
and playing table tennis permeated through his student life, building in him an
instinctive acumen for exuberance.
Films like Silence of the Lambs, Goodwill Hunting, Dead Poets Society, and Before
Sunrise hooked him from the heart and instigated his knack for storytelling through
film. The interest resulted in Kashif buying a handy cam for himself, where he shot
amusing videos at school and compiled them for fun. Soon, the video camera
became an extension of Kashif personality and he was known as 'the guy with the
camera' at school. He knew exactly what his passion was.
Without the apprehension of setbacks and technical limitations, Kashif continued
with the passion to pursue his dream. With the same vision, he joined the top
leading and most prestigious film school of Pakistan where he was trained under
Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy, Framji Minwalla, Babar Sheikh, Shehram Mokhtar, Najaf
Bilgrami, Jami and other connoisseurs in the field of film making. Kashif later
attended various courses on Filmmaking in New York and Washington DC, USA. Now,
he is adept with the aesthetics of film, having hemmed his knowledge and practice
around lighting techniques, cinematography, direction, script writing, and
postproduction. With this knack, he started making short films as part of his
education. Kashif has been recoginized at ZAB Film Festival where he won an award
for Best Direction.
Soon after completing his education in Film and TV Production, Kashif started
working with production houses; based in Islamabad and Karachi working towards
delivering ad films, music videos, documentaries and print features. With educating
Media Graduates at SZABIST-Islamabad teaching various courses, Kashif is also the
Founder of The Timeline Films; a company dedicated in giving creative solutions.

4 Photography Coverage 3 Days

The Timeline Films will provide 3 days general photography coverage to PTA,
Islamabad.
These pictures will be provided in form of digital dvds and also printed albums.

4.2 Equipment
To shoot and edit smoothly and successfully we will use the following equipment:
a. Canon Mark III 5D Cameras, Canon 6D Cameras, Nikon D610
b. Wide angel, Telephoto, Prime lenses as required.
c. Tripod Stands, Gimble for Stabilization.

5 Budget
The overall budget of the project will be PKR. 90,000/=
For providing the best coverage in the town, The Timeline Films will exclusively use
5 DSLR Full Frame cameras, daily rent will be as follows.
5 x 15,000 = 75,000/=
But keeping in view the true friends customer relationship we will cover the 3 days
event in PKR. 90,000/=

6 Deliverable(s) and Timelines

As mentioned above, The Timeline Films will provide 1 digital album 12x18 size to
PTA, Islamabad by December 1, 2015.
