INFORMATION FOR ADMISSION

BIG BANG EDGE TEST

For Students presently in Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI

(going to Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII in 2016)

1. RESULT DECLARATION:
Result will be available through ON-LINE mode ONLY.
Please download the Enrolment Kit (Offer Letter, Enrolment Form, Course Fee etc) from the result declaration Portal or collect it from the
FIITJEE Office where you wish to Enrol.
Visit www.fiitjeelogin.com and create a Student / Parent Account. Use "Add Registration Number" link on the portal to attach your
Admission Test Registration Number to your profile with the help of Registration Number and Web Access Code printed on your Admission
Test Hall Ticket. Update the Students profile with the data required on the portal.

2. FEE & FEE PAYMENT:

As per Course Fee details sheet Annexure (of the relevant FIITJEE Classroom Program)
The local / at par post-dated cheque(s) are to be submitted at the time of admission only. The cheque(s) towards fee payment must
be as per CTS -2010 guidelines specified by RBI.
Fee amount to be paid at the time of Admission cannot be paid by cheque or cash.
Fee amount to be paid at the time of admission, should be paid only by a crossed Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT. For more details on
NEFT method of fee payment please visit www.fiitjee.com/neft

In case of any doubts / query regarding the enrolment procedure, please get in touch with your respective FIITJEE centre prior to the fee payment
dates.

3. FEE PAYMENT DATES / SCHEDULE:

Regular Fee Payment: Saturday, 31st October & Sunday, 1st November 2015.

A Student can take Admission / Enrolment prior to 31st October, 2015 (after Result declaration date of respective Class) by paying a Facilitation Fee of
Rs. 2000/- in addition to the Program Fee.

With Late Payment charges of Rs. 500/- : Monday, 2nd November & Tuesday, 3rd November 2015.
In case a Student approaches us to take Admission / Enrolment from 4th November, 2015 onwards till the Big Bang Edge Test Fee Validity date, then he
/ she has to pay Rs. 500/- fixed late fee + Rs. 100/- per day late fee.

Timing for Fee Payment: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

4. ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Please follow the following steps for enrollment in FIITJEE.
Visit www.fiitjeelogin.com and create student account & Add Registration No mentioned in your Hall Ticket
Update your profile
These two steps are not required, if you have registered online or have already updated your profile.
Login to your account & click on - New Enrollment
Select Academic Year as 2016-2017
Select your preferred Study Center & Program Code which you want to enroll for.
Select a suitable Fee Plan and prepare your PDCs.
(We recommend that you pay the Initial Fee through NEFT to the A/C numbers printed on your hall ticket. In case you prefer to pay by DDs
fill the values on the page).
Fill value of your PDCs etc.

Profile update is just a one time job and will ensure your correct information is recorded in our database.
Approach the FIITJEE center where you wish to get enrolled.

5. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

Students will be required to submit their One Stamp Size and Six Passport Size Colour photographs at the time of fee payment.
Three Passport Size Colour Photographs of the person issuing the Post Dated Cheque(s).
BIG BANG EDGE Test Hall Ticket (in Original)
Admission Offer Letter (Copy of On-Line Result)
Any one of the following School documents:
Photocopy of School ID card with photograph or
Photocopy of last Board or School Marksheet supported by any Identity Proof of student or
Photocopy of School Transfer Certificate or
Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal of School with students photograph
Original of above mentioned documents should be presented for verification at the time of admission.

6. JOINING FORMALITIES BY POST:

Students can also complete their joining formalities by post, please make sure that your Enrolment Form duly completed in all respects along
with Demand Draft and Post Dated Cheque(s) should reach your respective study centre on or before above mentioned fee payment dates.
Incomplete Enrolment Form will not be accepted and if a student fails to get admission on this account, FIITJEE shall not be responsible.

8. COURSE COMMENCEMENT DATE:

The Exact Batch commencement (1st / 2nd Week of April, 2016) date will be communicated to the student at the time of enrolment at the
centre. However academic support will soon start after enrolment as an Early Joining Benefit. For more details contact your preferred FIITJEE
Study Centre.
Once the Batch has commenced, no student can be admitted thereafter in the same batch.

9. HOSTEL FACILITIES:
FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facilities at the following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi & East
Delhi Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam which is available for male Students only, on the basis of merit. The hostel
expenditure to be paid by the Student is Rs. 5,000/-to Rs. 8,000/- per month approximately on double occupancy basis and varies from one
hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging
& boarding facilities for female Students at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest
accommodation for female Students at other locations. For details of FIITJEE Hostel, please contact your respective FIITJEE Study Centre.

FIITJEE will remain closed from 10th November to 13th November 2015 on account of DEEPAWALI.
