2016 Baseball Sign-Ups are here!

Sign-ups will be:
Saturday, April 2 @ B&B from 10:00 12:00
Saturday, April 9 @ B&B from 10:00 12:00
Teams will be filled on a first come first serve basis and each team will have
12 players so be sure to register your child early. You can call or text or email
me if you need additional forms.
If you are unable to make these dates and times, please call me to make
arrangements. You may send the form, copy of birth certificate, and payment
in a sealed envelope to the middle school office to my attention. Final

day for registration will be April 15th.

Coaches and Umpires:
Anyone interested in coaching or umpiring is urged to contact me by phone,

In order to sign-up, you will need the following:

$75.00 for one child, $70.00 for each additional child (brother and
sisters only)

You must pay when you sign up. Your child is not registered to play
and uniform cannot be ordered until the amount is paid in full.

A copy of the childs birth certificate must be included with the

form and payment.

Checks are to made payable to Timpson Baseball Association

Teams will be filled at 12 players on a first come-first serve basis,

then a second team will be started. If the second team does not
make, your money will be refunded.

participation in any and all of the activities of the Pineywoods Baseball Association
and all of its member towns, during the current season. I/We assume all risks and
hazards, incidental to the conduct of the activities and transportation to and from
the activities. I/We do further hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless
the Pineywoods Baseball Association and all of its member towns, the organizers,
sponsors, or any individual associated with the Pineywoods Baseball Association. In
case of injury to my/our child, I/We likewise waive all claims against the Pineywoods
Baseball Association and all of its member towns, the sponsors, or any supervisors
appointed by them. I/We likewise release from responsibility any person
transporting my/our child to or from the activities. I/We will furnish a copy of the
birth certificate of the above named candidate upon registration.
