SUMMARY OF PROFILE

Ability to provide leadership and assume overall responsibility for delivery of projects within required
standards, quality, time and cost parameters.

Ability to perform Hydrostatic Test with proper installation of Manifold, Pressure gauge &
Relieve Valve and proper checking of Spool, Flange and Blind Flange.

Detailed knowledge of QA/QC procedure, Schedule Q, PQP, QCP, ITP, NCR and RFI.

Responsible for installation of field instrument and insuring the field instrument is according to P&ID.

Responsible for Calibration of various pressure, flow, temperature & level measuring equipment.

Plan and perform work scheduling, Trouble shooting, Loop Checking, Commissioning Start-ups
&functional Logic tests, Perform Instrument Calibrations, Conduct field/bus wiring tests.

Carrying out Inspection for E&I work such as (cable laying, testing cables, termination, Grounding
systems, Pre-commissioning & commissioning... E&I systems) Transformers, MV/LV Switch Gears,
protecting devices.

Responsible for inspection of all Electrical & Instrumentation & Telecommunication Installation & Pre
commissioning & commissioning activities, all incoming materials and equipments as per
Specifications, procedures, codes and standards.

Review drawing design packaged, JSA and Method Statements for compliance with good work
practices and the specifications.

Prepare and Review all inspection & test reports for compliance and issue surveillance reports &
non-conformance to the QA/QC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions.

Monitor the site activities and preparing the work inspection report (WIR), Material inspection report
(MIR) and daily inspection schedules.

Perform system/area turnovers including preparation of applicable as-built drawings and inspection
records and system packages.

Prepare monthly reports on electrical & Instrumentation & Telecommunication work activities also
carry out quarterly and annual survey on installed systems.

Implement project construction quality control requirements including inspection and testing of
installation and control calibrated measuring and test equipments used on the project.

Provide general supervision and ensure all works are correctly prepared before any inspection.

Perform surveillance and vendor inspection to suppliers /subcontractors facilities and controlling
non-conformance actions (NCR).

Document test reports, inspection reports, operation & maintenance manual, materials delivery
notes and handling over the documents to the clients at the end of project.

Generate, monitor, control and closeout the punch list and exception list items.

Coordinate with the Testing and Commissioning dept. to define the scope of work.

Attend Quality audit, weekly QA/QC, Testing and pre commissioning meetings.

Shutdown Valves, Air Supply Manifold, Instrument Air Header, Control Panels and Accessories,
Panel Instruments and Control Systems.

Inspection & Checking of Various Instrumentation related construction Drawing/ Documents like
Control Building layout, Instrument layout, Cable tray layout, Junction Box Wiring Drawing,
Cable Schedule, Air Distribution Pot and JB layout & Air Distribution Pot Drawing.

Supervision and Preparation of basic & detail engineering documents like P&ID, material
requisition, specifications, data sheets , loop diagrams, logic diagrams , junction box detail,
cable schedule, cable tray drawings, Instrument location plans, hook-up drawings etc.

Ensure testing and measuring instruments used at site are periodically calibrated and having
valid certificates.

Calibration and loop check to all instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature Controllers,
control valves, Safety valves, gauges and switches etc) using calibration devices.

Attend pre-test punch inspection and clear system to the client and initiate report.
